US Defence Secretary Hagel to hold talks with Sushma Swaraj today

US Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel, who arrived here last night on a three-day visit to India, is scheduled to meet Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj to hold talks to strengthen military ties between the two countries and reach out to the new government in New Delhi.
