As clock ticks down on the execution of 1993 Mumbai blasts convict Yakub Memon, Chief Justice of India HL Dattu constituted a new Supreme Court bench to hear on Wednesday the plea seeking stay on the execution slated for July 30 and quashing of death warrant.
