The bail plea of 5 corporate executives named co-accused in the 2G spectrum scam will come up in Delhi High Court today. The five accused are Vinod Goenka of Swan Telecom, Sanjay Chandra of Unitech and three senior officials of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG), Gautam Doshi, Hari Nair and Surendra Pipara. Today the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will argue its case as the defence counsels for all the corporates have concluded their arguments.
