Centre gives short-shrift to Bhardwaj`s recommendation!

A meeting of the Union Cabinet, chaired by PM Manmohan Singh, did not discuss the `special report` send by HR Bhardwaj to the Centre for dismissal of the BJP government and keeping the assembly in suspended animation.
