My breakfast: I do not prefer having my breakfast since I was following Intermittent Fasting

My dinner: I like having high-on-protein foods for dinner, such as eggs, fish or chicken in healthy forms. No carbohydrates post evening, and that’s a rule I stick to.

Post-workout meal: Soup / Cold Coffee (Sugar-Free)
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Paranthas, Biryani, Pakode, Cake (Non Icing)

04/7Workout regime I follow
The regime I follow involves running (8-10 kilometres done 5 days a week), body weight and strength training exercises like squats, pull-ups, crunches etc.
Never forget rest days, that’s when the body repairs itself.
Fitness secrets I unveiled:
1)Don’t skip cardio, it does wonders not only for weight loss but for overall well being
2) Strike a balance on calories too, if u want to enjoy a slice of cake for dinner, have 2 chapatis less.
3) Intermittent fasting helps a lot.
4) Do Not listen to people who tell you to quit fats.
5) Keep a note of how your body reacts to new foods or diets, improvise accordingly.
