Consultants, AI specialists, cloud engineers, and marketing gurus took home the highest average pay in 2023, according to a report by Randstad India. Professional services emerged as the top-paying industry, followed by internet & e-commerce sectors and IT-enabled services. Energy & utilities and retail, FMCG & FMCD industries also offered competitive salaries. Bengaluru topped the charts in salary pay-scales across all levels, followed by Mumbai. The report predicts continued growth in salary trends for 2024.
