On November 25, the airport observed its highest passenger traffic movement with 167,132 passengers. Significant developments included the introduction of Taxiway Z, the commissioning of the Disabled Aircraft Recovery Kit (Dark), and the installation of 2D Barcode readers. CSMIA aims to be net-zero by 2029 and received recognition for its sustainability efforts through the Platinum Rating in the Green Airports Recognition (GAR) Programme.
