Intensifying its dedication to the ‘Make in India’ initiative, Airbus, the prominent French aerospace company, has entered into agreements with Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) and Mahindra Aerospace Structures Private Limited (MASPL) for the acquisition of aircraft components. These agreements were formalized in the presence of Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia during the opening ceremony of the Wings India 2024 exhibition. As per the terms of the contract, TASL and MASPL will be responsible for manufacturing metallic detail parts, components, and assemblies catering to Airbus’ A320neo, A330neo, and A350 programs.
