A 22-year-old Police Constable was on Monday arrested for allegedly kidnapping and raping minor daughter of his colleague near here, police said. The incident took place on January 20 when Ganesh Tarpe, attached to the Colaba traffic police division, took the 15-year-old girl to a resort at Virar in adjoining Thane district, they said.
