The Supreme Court on Thursday issued notice to the Kerala government on a petition filed by former chief minister V S Achuthanandan accusing the Congress-led regime of forcing the police to suppress evidence unearthed during investigation to save influential politicians in the ice-cream parlour sex scandal.
