Court to hear petition on Maoist leader Azad’s ‘fake’ encounter

The Supreme Court will today hear the petition on the alleged fake encounter of top Maoist leader Cherakuri Rajkumar alias Azad and journalist Hemchandra Pandey. The petition was filed by journalist Hemchandra Pandey’s wife Vinita Pandey.
