It’s not about being lean or skinny, but staying healthy from inside. I feel the process of having a healthy lifestyle should be enjoyable. I understood this when my immunity was weak and to give a boost to it, I started having meals at proper time. Also, I made sure to sleep for six hours.
Fitness Mantra: I’m not a gym person and do a mix of yoga exercises, basic stretching, cycling and pilates. This keeps me focused and healthy, both physically and mentally.
Diet: I start my day with lemon and honey in warm water, which helps in clearing extra toxins of body and boosts metabolism. My diet is all about having four small meals in a day. I avoid junk and processed food. My last meal is always before 9 pm which is very essential for a healthy life.

Good health is about the right combination of physical fitness and mental and emotional wellness. It’s all about being happy. I do guided meditation every day with music, which detoxifies my mind.

Staying fit has more to do with being physically and mentally active. And that satisfaction of working out for two to three hours makes me happy. Even if I don’t get time to follow the routine, my work keeps me healthy and happy.
Fitness Mantra: I focus more on cardio and weight lifting. I was not flexible at all earlier but after investing proper time in weight lifting and stretching, the results are amazing.
Diet: I don’t follow any fancy diet. I eat whatever is cooked at home. I have stopped eating out completely and focus on having a nutritious and balanced diet.

I follow strict rules and don’t miss my workouts even for a single day. Being a foodie, I give myself a break on Sunday. On that day, I eat and chill at my convenience.

My definition of a healthy life keeps evolving and mental health is equally important.
