The war between Maoists and security forces is hotting up in Orissa. At least nine Maoists were killed in an encounter in a jungle near Mandibisi close to the Kashipur Kalyansinghpur border in Orissa’s Rayagada district. According to police sources the encounter took place between 2 and 4 am this morning and bodies of the nine slain Maoists were recovered later during a search operation.
