Miheeka Bajaj’s lehenga took 10,000 man-hours to make

The couple of the moment, Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj are all set to get married today! The much-in-love couple will be hosting an intimate wedding, which has already become the most talked-about wedding of the year. As we all wait to see the wedding photos, everyone is already going gaga over the couple’s pre-wedding photos.
And, if you’re wondering how the bride will look, then we’ve got all the deets for you. We got in touch with renowned designer Anamika Khanna, who’s the woman behind Miheeka’s hugely anticipated wedding dress, to share some details exclusively with The Times of India.
“Miheeka and her mother Bunty Bajaj both have a really fine and subtle taste and wanted something very elegant for the wedding,” says Anamika.

“We decided to do a cream and gold lehenga with a coral head veil. The lehenga is a hand done zardosi with the finest form of chikankari and gold metalwork teamed with a woven gold dupatta,” she further explains.

The designer, who is known for her unique drapes and silhouettes calls it a timeless ensemble, which is subtle and elegant. Anamika also discloses that the bride didn’t want something ‘too loud’ and created one of the finest creations, which took almost 10,000 man-hours.
