Go on a trip for a day or two to your favourite destination to enjoy the time by yourself.
Leave kids out of it
Don’t involve them in your conflicts. It’s important to give them time to get accustomed to the whole situation.
Positivity
Let the negative things and thoughts leave you for once and for all. Embrace the positive vibes.
Don’t react
When people ask you about your separation, do not react to such conversations; or better, avoid the topic completely for some time.
It’s okay
It’s alright to feel different negative, sad emotions. Take your time accepting the change.
