It all started in 2008, when Yasushi “Yassan” Takahashi, a resident of Tokyo, knew he has found the one. Interestingly, he decided to tell her about his intentions using GPS and even ended up creating a Guinness World Record for the largest GPS drawing in history.
Takahashi travelled almost across Japan to write ‘marry me’ and make a ‘heart’ on Google earth and it took him around six months to do this! To be precise, he travelled 4,451 miles, from the island of Hokkaido to the shores of Kagoshima. Surely, his dedication knows no bounds.
How did his girlfriend respond to this amazing proposal? She said a ‘Yes’! Whoa!
Not just this, this proposal caught Google’s attention and the official handle of Google even tweeted about it. The video has got more than 29 thousand views and is going viral for all the obvious reasons. Here, take a look!
