If you are the older sibling, you surely feel you are the more responsible and popular member of the family. A global online community, YouGov, has conducted a study that revealed there is a significant difference in the personality of the oldest and youngest sibling. The people surveyed were asked to rank their sense of humour when compared to their sibling. In addition, the survey also ranked them on their assertiveness, responsibility and management skills.

The results concluded that the youngest sibling always tries to entertain members of the family and is more fun to live with.

Apart from their humorous side, there are some other character traits of the last born that make them stand apart. They are more adventurous, relaxed and sociable. This is mainly because the older sibling takes on the more serious roles and the parents are also more easy on the last born, unlike the oldest and the middle child.

Younger ones are also said to be more creative.
