This bride wore a Benarasi sari with a twist for her wedding!

When it comes to Indian attire, saris can never go out of style. They are timeless and can be worn any season. Unless it’s a South-Indian or Bengali wedding, we hardly get to see Indian brides wearing a sari on their big day. We recently came across a gorgeous bride Deepika Gauba who decided to go different with her bridal outfit.

Deepika wore a stunning Benarasi sari, which reminded us of Anushka Sharma’s wedding reception look. The bride picked a striking red sari with golden weave. It was accentuated with golden border incorporating the designer’s signature embroidery work. She matched the sari with a red-coloured brocade blouse.

Going for the traditional draping style, Deepika draped the long pallu over her shoulders. Her look was accessorised with a chunky choker, matching earrings, a maang-tikka and a delicate nose ring.

Keeping her hair down, Deepika went for soft curls and draped a sheer dupatta over her shoulders to ace that bridal look.
