Jamsu basically is a Korean word that means ‘submerging’. And, the since the technique involves submerging one’s face into water, hence it’s called the Jamsu technique.

All you have to do is apply makeup on your face and then dunk your face into ice cold water to lock in the makeup and set it to perfection.
