Prakash Ambedkar, grandson of Dalit icon BR Ambedkar, on Saturday said the BJP and RSS should take care of the cattle, who are past their prime but cannot be slaughtered, owing to the ban to this effect imposed by the BJP-led government in Maharashtra.
