China may use dissident sect against Dalai Lama: Tibet

The Tibetan government-in-exile on Monday pointed its finger towards a splinter community among Tibetans — the around 5000-strong Dorje Shugden community — after the Dalai Lama had raised an alarm on Sunday over threat to his life.
