Dubbing Congress as “anti- Odisha”, state Finance Minister Pradip Kumar Amat on Saturday said the country’s biggest political party would have been wiped out had former union minister Jayanthi Natarajan revealed the Niyamgiri episode prior to 2014 general elections.
