A trial court on Friday deferred the order on a criminal defamation case filed by Lt Gen (Retd) Tejinder Singh against Army chief Gen V K Singh and four others saying that it will hold an inquiry into the allegations levelled by Tejinder Singh before passing any order on summoning the Army chief.
