CRPF commandant wants to thanks ‘My Lord’ after 26 years

Justice M M Kumar, who has recently taken oath as chief justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court, has an admirer who wants to thank him for fighting his case as an advocate free of cost 26 years back.
