Former SC judge criticises PM on Endosulfan issue!

Noted jurist and former Supreme Court judge VR Krishna Iyer has criticised Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for what he called his `unfeeling indifference` to Kerala`s request for a country wide ban on Endosulfan.
