Jammu and Kashmir CM Mehbooba Mufti for construction of bunkers for border residents

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today said that a plan should be worked out for construction of individual bunkers and community bunkers for the people of the border areas who usually become targets of cross border shelling.
