Kajaria Ceramics has reported a 60.86% increase in consolidated net profit for the second quarter, reaching INR 110.82 crore. The rise was attributed to higher revenue and lower expenses. Consolidated revenue from operations also increased to INR 1,121.62 crore. However, weakened domestic demand for tiles impacted Q2 FY24 volumes, which grew by 6%. The company’s board approved an interim dividend of INR 6 per share and an increase in investment limits in a wholly-owned arm.
