Kellogg India will be part of Global Snacking Co after the restructuring of the US-based multinational organisation into three independent public companies. Kellogg on Tuesday announced that the company was splitting into Global Snacking Co, North America Cereal Co and Plant Co. With about $11.4 billion in net sales, Global Snacking Co will be a leading company in snacks world over.
