No legal bar on campaign outside poll-going constituencies: EC

The Election Commission on Monday ruled that there is no legal bar on campaigning outside constituencies going to polls, a decision which came a day after the grand alliance demanded a ban on live telecast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rallies as it could influence voters in the first phase of Bihar elections on Monday.
