Obama, Romney clash over foreign policy in last debate

BOCA RATON, Florida (Reuters) – President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney clashed over U.S. military strength and how to deal with crises in the Middle East in a third and final debate on Monday as polls showed them in deadlock two weeks before the November 6 election.
