Pak`s terror havens main hurdle to normal ties: India!

Safe havens for terrorists inside Pakistan were the “main hurdle” to normalising relations, India said on Friday and also expressed “serious concern” over reports of Chinese armed personnel in Pakistan administered Kashmir.
