RAW begins probe to fix blame in Pak terror goof-up

Research & Analysis Wing (RAW), the external intelligence agency, which passed on photographs of Pakistani traders as that of terror suspects planning to attack India, has sought explanations from its handler who generated the alert and his contact about the goof-up.
