Arm Ltd, the semiconductor unit of SoftBank Group Corp, is targeting an initial public offering (IPO) at a valuation of $60bn to $70bn in September. Arm executives reportedly may still be seeking a valuation as high as $80bn, according to sources familiar with the matter. The chip company is looking to raise as much as $10bn in the IPO. SoftBank and Arm have both declined to comment on the matter.
