HONG KONG/MOSCOW (Reuters) – Fugitive former U.S. spy agency contractor Edward Snowden sought asylum in Ecuador on Sunday after Hong Kong allowed his departure for Russia in a blow to Washington’s efforts to extradite him on espionage charges.
