Carolina Panthers narrow top pick to Cam Newton, Marcell Dareus, two others, sources say

The Carolina Panthers have narrowed their choices for the No. 1 overall pick in Thursday’s draft to Cam Newton, Marcell Dareus, Patrick Peterson and A.J. Green, team sources told ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio on Wednesday.
